If what we’re hearing is right, look for a limited build Ski-Doo 800 E-Tec sometime in February 2009.
Clearly the 800R engine in use for three seasons with Power-Tek cab/knock sensor induction was designed with E-Tec in mind.
Considering its output, this 150hp mill is already a gas mileage miser. With E-Tec Direct Injection, the 800 could become an over 20 mpg big horsepower mill.
